“There is a time, if you look carefully, when weather changes dramatically, a storm front may come through quickly, cloud formations are in a state of flux and there is a rapid change in barometer. For a mere split second…… the play of light on color transforms into something magical….. Blue becomes green, white turns to blue, night appears purple, then mysteriously, it all vanishes. This is the effect that I have tried to capture in many of my scenes.”

They range from a recent trip to The Netherlands, my home in Titusville-Washington’s Crossing, NJ, Block Island, RI, Cape Cod, MA, Cape May, NJ and Lawrenceville, NJ, to Tierra Del Fuego, Argentina, I hope you enjoy the places and things you see as much as I enjoyed painting them.”
